Total Body Sculpting Suspension Workout
Instructor: Kristine Chaussard
*Equipment Needed : TRX (or similar suspension trainer), Mat and OPTIONAL: Bosu. (I will be using the Bosu the whole workout, but you can absolutely follow this workout without it)
Focus : Total body sculpting suspension. Abs, arms, upper back, and lower body. Balance. Strength.
Class Level : Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : A fun, mix-it-up workout with plenty of challenge in using the Bosu in addition to the suspension trainer. We’ll start seated with abs, move into a beautiful cat and cow, then the side body and then a entire standing series. Try this class, it’s lots of fun and variety.
A fabulous routine for strengthening the hips, glutes, legs and shoulder stabilizers!
Goals : Improve and challenge overall body strength, tone and connection.
