Focus : In this lean, tone & flow style fit ball, live class replay you’ll really focus on your back body, aka posterior chain, and your side body. You’ll hit your core of course as well, but our primary focus will be strengthening your upper back, mid back, glutes, and hamstrings. In so doing, you will also be strengthening your diagonal system in the body and your coordination. You’ll work your balance, rotation and total body connection from start to finish of class.
You should leave class today feeling stronger, more open, and more balanced.
The Course of this Class : Class pace moves slowly and mindfully getting into that deep toning and mind-body connection. We start setting our movement in with core work to use this as our stabilizer for the rest of the class once warmed up and connected. Next, we move to glute work, side body and posterior chain. Enjoy the openness you can find using the resistance band in this class. We so often need to open up the front of the body while strengthening the back and counterbalancing so many of our daily activities which keep us in front.
A great class to return to and repeat to see your own progression in coordination and connection. Also a great class to combat desk posture, fatigue, and tight chest walls.
Class Level : ALL levels. For those beginners, you may have to modify some exercises to adapt them to your level or skip all together, but I encourage you to try this class nonetheless and see your progression over time into the exercises you find at first too advanced.
Goals : Deep toning. Increase mind-body connectivity. Improve posture. Strengthen your posterior chain and side body. Increase your core strength. Overall total body toning and strengthening.
