Total Body Workout Live Replay

*Equipment Needed :  Mat, a household chair, and hand weights (or water bottles, or cans of food) no more than 2lbs or 1kg.

This is a LIVE replay of a Total Body workout on the Mat lead by Cloè direct from Pilates Academy Dubai.

Focus :  While this will be a total body workout, there will be a special emphasis on the arms and upper body using small hand weights.

Class Level :  ALL levels, we want everyone to join. Modify for your body if needed.

Goals :  Strength, mobility, stability and gaining new perspectives to movement.
