Totally Toned Body Sculpting (TTBS) Fit Ball

Level: Intermediate

*Equipment Needed :  Mat, a Wall and a Fitball.

Focus :  Spinal mobilization, core from all sides, glutes, legs, standing balance and upper body strength for yes, a totally toned body sculpting fit ball session.

Class Level :  Intermediate level taught but I encourage you to try it no matter what level you are. There are modifications given for beginners and if advanced, if you increase the reps or intensity you’ll get a great challenge too.

The Course of this Class :  Get ready to carve our your abs to begin, using that fit ball to its best advantage giving us all the feedback of where we are engaging from. Next, we’ll move into side work, extension work, then planks, pikes, and single leg standing work. Make sure you are near a wall, we will definitely be using it today!

Goals :  Challenge and strengthen our abs from center out. Work our micro stabilizing muscles, proprioception, balance and overall strength upper body, core and lower body.
