Totally Toned Body Sculpting Rolling Reformer

*Equipment Needed :     Reformer and Foam Roller.

Focus :     Celebrate the joy of movement in this totally toned body sculpting, strength challenging, Athletic Reformer class. Start off using the foam roller to hone core strength, next challenge coordination, and then work the precision of the mind body connection.

Class Level :     Intermediate – Advanced.

The Course of this Class :     This is one of my favorite ways to use the foam roller on the Reformer you guys! It’s an awesome way to target your ABS while working your legs AND your eye-foot coordination! Get ready to jump on the foot barre, yep, the foot barre! It’s super challenging but SO good for us to work our precision, cognition and even the articulation of our feet. And I did say we are targeting your ABS, so we’ll be using that roller create some serious heat in our center. Hence why I’m saying this has totally toned body sculpting abilities because we get to really isolate our core 360° around with the roller.

Get ready for some yummy lunges followed by some challenging one legged flamingo floats as well. What are floats? Watch and see, or should I spoil it for you? Just a fun way of saying a one-legged pike. And you might think that’s more about your arms, it’s just as much about the strength of your abs to lift and float you up there. So, enough chatting, let’s get moving!

Goals :     This class is a fun, free and creative flow that will increase your circulation, total body strength and heart rate.
