TRX abs workout today, yes another prop that not everyone has! But for those of you who do I WANT YOU TO JOIN ME. For those of you who don’t, please repeat a prior workout in our program for today.
So our focus will be deep abdominal toning as the trx really requires us to dig deep and highlights those postural muscles within around our spine which will be needed to support us in many of our exercises today. It is great because we can’t cheat very easily with the trx without simply falling out of position. So uphold your best and most ideal form today while working out! We’ll be hitting our entire core 360° around.

The Course of this Class :
We start with simple roll ups to articulate the spine and warm up our core. From here we move onto making deeper connections within our core while rolling partially up and increasing the challenge. Oblique criss cross moves us onto side planks, mountain climbers and more. The trx is notorious for being very challenging as well as immediately helping us connect to the muscles we should be engaging in that very moment. Fabulous and tough tool great for deep toning the abs. Make sure that you adhere to ideal form and alignment throughout our exercises today.
