Upper Back, Chest & Arms + Chest Opener Reformer

FOCUS :   

This class focuses on strengthening your chest, arms and upper back. You will also work your posterior chain and core while opening the chest. Many of us have a tight front body because life requires all our activities be in front of us, for the most part. We need to both strengthen and open our chest and front body. You’ll also get some leg work at the end of today’s class, so today is a good all around day.

GOALS :     

Strengthen upper body. Improve posture and carriage. Improve and maintain strong core. Work posterior chain. Open chest and anterior chain of body. Get back to basics. Shape and tone. Work control and precision in form and function. Increase your eccentric strength in addition to your concentric strength. Stay fit. Keep moving every day.
