Back Body Power Punch

Level: Intermediate

Upper body.. *Equipment Needed :     Reformer only.

Focus :     Strengthen and tone your upper body while challenging your core and your glutes. Tone up that side booty and no more back fat!

Class Level :     Intermediate on up.

The Course of this Class :     We’ll start kneeling for some quadruped footwork and reverse abs; then later pick it up to elevated planks and knee pulls into Russian splits. You’ll predominantly feel this in your upper body: back, shoulders and obliques. Whether you want to just target your posterior chain for a stronger back and glutes, or you use this flow as an awesome mid-day flow to combat any forward folding and sitting daily postures, desk work, driving, etcetera. This is a great, quick toning flow.

Goals :     Back, shoulders and arms on fire! A quick, under 25 minute, fit flow to fire up & wake up your back side.
