“Put your BACK into it”, Upper Body Day “Reformer Every Day” THURSDAY

Focus : Upper body day: BACK, shoulder stabilizers, arm strength, redressing the spine, posture, and definitely glute and core work too. Welcome to Day 4, Week 3, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Another favorite flow of mine today, I wanted to mix it up and get creative with the strap on the Reformer. Get ready to feel your upper back and spinal erectors working hard today to lift you upright and open your front body. Today is all about the posterior chain, especially the upper body.
Goals : Build stronger shoulders and upper back for better posture and carriage. Firm up those triceps and the backs of the arms and around the mid back area. Balance front to back (anterior to posterior) strength in the body. Play with the strap on the Reformer and have fun for this upper body day!
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination.
