Focus : “Vitalità” = Italian for vitality. This is what we are all about today. Improving balance, CORE strength, spine flexibility, and lean muscle mass.
Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced.
The Course of this Class : The fit ball is an incredible tool. It offers cushion to the spine; feedback which encourages a greater range of movement; and instability requiring we move from our center! Therefore, we will play with these three for the ultimate full body workout! We’ll cover : abs, upper back, posterior chain, spinal articulation, standing balance, feet and legs, and unilateral work. As a result, this is a complete full body workout.
Oh, and, remember balance is lost if we don’t exercise it! Consequently, our spines do not stay bendable and flexible if we never mobilize them. So then, join me for more vitality, flexibility and strength!
Goals : This fit ball, full body bounce will give you greater “vitalità” = vitality, balance, strength, & flexibility! Our goal is to become more balanced, have a stronger core and abs, a more flexible spine and build more lean muscle mass.
