Focus : This is a fun and steady, toning flow. We work strength, stamina, control, technique and form. You’ll walk out more centered than when you started.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We take the rather classical repertoire and start from the end to the beginning, meaning standing first to lying down foot work last. Get ready for high knee stretches, teaser, stomach massage, semi-circle or wheel, reverse abdominals, as much as pulling straps, swan and footwork. Today’s flow goes at a moderate pace and you will get a complete whole body workout.
