Total Body: tone and sculpt lean muscle; increase overall strength and connectivity within the body for both functional, daily movements and athletic activities. What makes it athletic? We will incorporate into all of our session the following: weight transfer, balance, proprioception, body’s diagonal systems, coordination, mind-body connection and muscle memory.

Reformer and sitting box. Long resistance band medium weight. Optional: medium weight booty band.
Intermediate to Advanced level class. This class it will be important that you have a sure foundation of knowing how to position yourself optimally, use your breath and engage from the right muscles; additionally you will want to be very familiar with how to operate your machine.
A full length 55 minute flow with some fun and zany creative variations and some serious challenges! This session includes everything needed to challenge the athletic body, and likewise to strengthen all of us for what life requires in daily movements that we be stronger, prevent injury, and move efficiently through space. Be ready to work your moving balance, proprioception, coordination and muscle firing organization, choreography, unilateral pulls (balancing out our imbalances and allowing our weaker sides to catch up to our more dominate sides), planks, and more.
