This progressive Reformer Pilates class continues to move you on in your learning of the classical repertoire Pilates Reformer exercises. Today you will see 2-3 new exercises not yet covered in our series, and for the rest of your workout you’ll be practicing what we have already established and gone over. This is your chance to continue building a strong foundation of movement patterns, breath, core strength, alignment and flow. Because you have been practicing now for a bit, we are taking the liberty to throw in some more contemporary variations BUT KNOW THAT you can still do the classical form and I will be telling you and giving you what that is while we do a rendition of it, so not to worry!
Take this class if you have been following our part 1-3 beginner series on the Reformer and Mat already and want to continue building a strong foundation to your Pilates practice and your movement patterns.
