Stretch, flow, open and recover class. Open up the spine, move in extension, flexion and side bends. Lengthen the backs of the legs and open up the chest from daily forward movements. This class is a feel good rest and recover class. Easy going movement, great to reset or just on a day you need something easy going and decompressive.

Stretch and flow movement to move circulation, open up tissues, lengthen through the body, mobilize the spine and aid the body in rest and recovery. Move with breath and flow. Learn to slow things down and take stock of where your body is at today, what needs more or less attention, sit into it and use movement as a way of healing.
