Focus : Arms, Back, Abs, Glutes and Legs all targeted here in this fit, energetic athletic class. Athletic Reformer is my favorite because we get to move in dynamic ways which really challenge our cognition; coordination; proprioception; balance; reactivity; and agility. Most importantly, it improves our functional fitness, and it’s just a lot of fun. What’s more, we get to put our strengths to the test in more demanding moves and positions. Class Level : Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : One of my favorite flows, totally out of the box. Not classical. We start with abs, then arms and right into planks and side planking. Then some fun spinal mobility using the Reformer to create more range of motion. Next some unexpected bridge planks, basically get ready to have fun and challenge your whole system!
Goals : Improve overall fitness and functional strength, coordination, proprioception, balance and reactivity.
