Focus : This class will isolate and target your Pelvic Floor and transverse abdominal (corset muscle) along with the rest of your abs, for a whole reshaping of your middle and waistline.
Class Level : Beginner – Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : Flat abs: this isn’t just a catch phrase, I promise, these moves deliver a sculpted waistline! In addition, do you want a stronger back? This session is FOR YOU! Bring it down to the Mat, using classical abdominal work, slow it down, focus on technique and proper biomechanics; quality over quantity means focused burn and developed lean muscle tone. We will use the resistance of the loop band to increase the intensity and deliver results. After that, we finish with planks and opening up our front line so you walk away standing tall. Come back to this one over and over and SEE THE RESULTS!
