This Pick-me-up workout is just what you need to pick up your energy, strengthen your core and feel good. It is a LIVE replay of our Wake-up Pilates Mat class direct from Pilates Academy Dubai, a great class at any time of any day.
Focus : Total we’ll work standing single leg balance, core strength, hip openers and strengtheners and spinal articulation. If you are looking for something with no equipment required, a nice fluid flow, or if you are shorter on time, this is a great workout!
Class Level : ALL levels!
Goals : Warm-up the body before taking it into deeper and more intense work. Always so good to ease into movement in order to open the body up and get the most out of all our movement. OR also a great stand-alone pick-me-up workout mid-day or whenever from wherever! 😉
