If you’ve had especially tough workouts or a week with lots of sitting, today will feel extra welcome. You’ll feel relaxed and lengthened after this beach stretch session.
A Mat, the magic circle (you can substitute if needed with a towel or resistance band), and a small – medium soft ball.

The Course of this Class :
Plenty of thoracic mobilization and chest opening while we stretch out the legs, hips and glutes. Enjoy the waves and sparkling ocean while focusing on your breath to release tension, tightness and bring energy flow back into your tissues.
