Class taught at an intermediate level, modifications are given and demonstrated for certain exercises.
We will follow a somewhat classical type sequencing and ultimately exercise itinerary. You’ll see some of the harder exercises woven in which gives us a moment to work on those even if with modifications. Class moves along at a modest pace and keeps flow from start to finish.
Deep and full body toning working both strength and length throughout the body. Work your alignment, precision and control in and through each exercise. Strengthen your spine and lift it taller and longer. Increase your flexibility. Improve your Pilates practice and exercise level. Enjoy a classical type flow.
