20 MIN Upper Back & Core Sculpt + 30 MIN Cardio Conditioning

FOCUS :   

You’ll jump right into deeply strengthening your core (think planks!) and then building your upper back and shoulder supporting muscles to open the chest and balance out disproportionate strength between anterior and posterior chains. Follow your 20 minutes sculpt with 30 minutes of jumping, work your stamina and endurance.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jumpboard + kneeling pads (optional).

GOALS :     

Sculpt your core and your upper back and shoulder muscles. While working upper back strength simultaneously open the anterior chain of the body, helping to equally build proportion of strength between front and back of upper body. Improve your plank form and stamina while in and moving in and out of planks. Cardio training for heart health, fat burning, and metabolism boosting. All-in-one workouts combining strength and cardio conditioning. Continually improve form in exercises. Stay consistent with your workouts. Keep fit. Low impact helps maintain bone density. Have fun!
