Reformer + soft ball. IF you don’t like jumping on the bar then grab your jump board and by all means throw it on, you can do it on the board too!

You get to work you feet and ankles today using the bar to jump off of and not the board, as well as your eye/hand or eye/foot as I say coordination. A great workout for the mind-body connection along with some serious core work while raising our heart rate and getting our cardio on. Those quads will get worked too, don’t you worry!
