EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + 1 set medium-heavier weighted dumbbells (optional) and/or platform extender (optional) or sitting box.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Intermediate on up.

GOALS :     

Shoulder, arm and upper body strength. Core strength. Quad, legs and glute strength and endurance. Dynamic balance. Weights added to resistance training. Improve fitness stamina along with strength. Improve quality of form and precision in movement. Improve plank strength. Work your total body integration using your whole system in full body exercises. Improve your overall strength. Stay strong and fit. Build lean muscle, tone, trim, sculpt and shape. Improve your posture and alignment in movement. Create mindful movement patterns for daily function and for other active interests. Learn fun and creative variations on the Reformer.
