Athletic Reformer: Whole Body Integration

FOCUS :   

This dynamic and athletic Reformer class will train your lateral slings, improve your stability, strength and power while helping you develop balance and function in form. From swings to uni-lateral pulls, planks and more this is a whole body integration class.

Reformer + sitting box.

GOALS :     

Strengthen both your functional fitness in form and movement to transfer to any and all your other active pursuits whether it be leisurely or performance level athletics. This class benefits all of us to help us keep strong balance (preventing falls), help us balance out imbalances in the body side to side, help us know and support our optimal alignment while moving which is one of the most relatable tools into our daily life from the studio. Work breath, centering, moving from core outward, glute strength and much more. Sculpt, tone and shape. Learn new creative variations on your Reformer and have fun while working out.
