Fun & Creative Full Body Boost, Lil’ Jump, Pump & Barre

FOCUS :   

This full body workout includes lots of fun variations and will move you all around your Reformer incorporating the jump board to power up the core, barre work for booty and balance and more. You’ll work head to toe and finish feeling strong and long.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box + jump board + magic circle/Pilates ring + soft ball.

CLASS LEVEL :

GOALS :     

Learn fun and new, creative exercise variations on your Reformer. Improve your overall strength, your core strength and your coordination and balance. Incorporate barre inspired work into a Reformer routine. Build lean muscle mass. Light cardio and low impact training. Tighten and tone. Sculpt and shape. Have fun working out. Connect mind and body engaging deep postural muscles. Improve posture and flexibility.
