Lower Body Day + Core: Side Booty + Side Body

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

This lower body: hip, glute, adductor and abductor + oblique and core workout will use simple and focused exercises on repeat to help you really get into the movement, hone and perfect your practice while developing progressive strength in each exercise.

For days when you want to just focus on lower body, or combine with another cardio workout or upper body workout for a full body work over.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + ankle weights + booty band + sitting box.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

Strengthen your laterals: the side of the body including adductors, abductors, hips, glutes, legs, obliques and lats. Use repetition to hone your skills and reach your goals allowing the body to progress in strength and continue deeply toning these areas. Improve your standing balance. Add in weight training to improve bone health and density, hormone balance, improve power and stamina and many other benefits. Improve overall strength. Build endurance and power in leg muscles for better gate, better posture, and better function overall. Build lean muscle tissue, shape, sculpt and tone.
