Focus : 

Hooray, it’s our last and final day of our Summer Fit program! 22 minutes of challenging exercises for our core, abs, obliques, and arms and shoulders works its way into even more booty and balance challenges working your hips, glutes and legs. Next, 22 minutes of rebounding on the trampoline with some fun and funny renditions of single leg bouncing and fun! Today’s class will put to your test your accumulated strength, stamina and balance. You’ll feel accomplished and proud as well as energized at the end. Make sure to get to the end so you can mark this workout complete! ☑️

Equipment Needed : 

Part 1: Mat and bosu ball. You could substitute with a balance cushion or even a folded towel if you would like to. Part 2: your trampoline.

Remember the rule! If you don’t have a bosu or a trampoline, chose a prior day in the program to repeat for this last and final workout! Don’t skip it!

The Course of this Class :

Start by warming up the glutes before hitting our core hard! From seated to lying side to planks get ready to heat up your core and rock your abs! After this first part we will stand it up for some booty and balance work. From squats to lunges to single leg scissors or standing T’s, you’ll have plenty of chance to work that balance and 360° strength inside your hip capsule. This is functional fitness at its best. From fall prevention to gate strengthening, and increasing power in your whole body for better function and performance whether in athletics or daily activities, this workout has you covered. Next, up on the trampoline, swing and split it out as we have fun with different split steps, working side to side, balancing imbalances and continuing to fortify our whole system from the feet all the way up to the top. Our jumps today will also benefit our posture and alignment, reinforcing ideal structural stacking! 😉 And besides all that, you should just have fun and enjoy!
